Wildlife Exclusion Fencing

Reptile and amphibian fencing

Ecosupport was among the first companies to offer both survey, assessment and on site mitigation. This means we have over 15 years experience of designing and implementing a full range of amphibian and reptile exclusion fencing as well as badger and water vole fencing.

The most common use for exclusion fencing as part of a planning scheme is for mitigation of protected reptiles and amphibians. Temporary fencing is installed by our experienced team around the perimeters of the impacted area and all reptiles or amphibians are translocated from this area to a receptor site. The exclusion fencing is retained until construction work is complete to prevent other reptiles or amphibians from re-colonising the area during this time. Once work is completed we can quickly remove all exclusion fencing from site.
